JUSTICE ASHOK S.KINAGI ORAL ORDER The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the impugned demand notice dated 22.12.2025 vide Annexure-C issued under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. As per Section 13(3A) the petitioner without submitting a reply to the impugned notice, filed this writ petition. 2. The petitioner to show his bonafideness has deposited ₹1,50,000/- on 02.02.2026. The writ petition filed by the petitioner is premature, and is not maintainable. In view of the same, I proceed to pass the following order: - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:8372 WP No. 1969 of 2026 ORDER i. The writ petition is disposed of reserving a liberty to the petitioner to reply to a notice under Section 13(2) as per Section 13(3A) of the SARFAESI Act within 15 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, and thereafter the respondent shall consider the reply, and pass the appropriate order in accordance with law. ii.
