The petitioner is an accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 91 of 2025. It has been alleged that aluminium wire was stole by thieves. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of co- accused Ravindra Kashera, who happens to be the brother of the petitioner and who has been granted bail in B.A. No. 7797 of 2025. Although the tempo from which the stolen aluminium wires were recovered belongs to the petitioner, but regard being had to the nature of offence and the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 16.04.2026, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Electricity, Hazaribag in connection with Ichak P.S.
