The present writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the MCD on 18th June, 2026 whereby the regularisation application of the petitioner in respect of property admeasuring 351.173 Sq.Mts./420 Sq.Yds.Sq.Mts. comprised in Khasra no. 105/26 (part) at Village Khera Kalan, Delhi (‘subject property’). 2. Mr. V. P. Rana, counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner submits that the subject property is part of extended Lal Dora being Khasra No. 105/26 at Village Khera Kalan, Delhi. He submits that the rejection of the regularisation application of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has failed to produce ownership documents is illegal. He submits that no ownership documents are required to be produce for property/land which forms the part of Lal Dora. 3. It is an admitted position that the order rejecting regularisation application is an appealable order. 4. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to entertain the present writ petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed. 5. The petitioner is free to invoke the statutory remedy of appeal before the Appellate Tribunal MCD. 6. All rights, contentions and legal remedies of the petitioner are kept open. 7.
