Heard Ms. Divya Prakash, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.39 of 2025.

It has been alleged that several accused persons were apprehended by the Police on the suspicion of being involved in cybercrime.

Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been implicated on the disclosure made by the apprehended accused. It has further been submitted that some of the co-accused persons similarly situated, have been granted anticipatory bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in A.B.A. Nos. 1006 of 2026, 1764 of 2026 and 1928 of 2026 vide orders dated 09.03.2026, 18.04.2026 and 23.04.2026 respectively. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for

anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Regard being had to the fact that similarly situated co- accused have been granted anticipatory bail as noted above, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner above named, is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Dumka, in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.39 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023.

This Anticipatory Bail Application stands allowed.
