The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 46 of 2026. It has been alleged that the petitioner and several other persons were apprehended by the police and mobile and sims were recovered from them. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. He has further submitted that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.04.2026. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge II cum Cyber Crime, Special Court, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S.
