It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that all the co-accused persons have been granted bail. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner is in custody since 07.12.2024 and intermediary quantity of brown sugar was recovered from her possession. 4. Learned Spl. P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Considering the fact that the petitioner has four criminal antecedents of similar nature, I am not inclined to reconsider the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
