--- 02/26.05.2026 Heard Mr. Rohan Mazumdar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Sadar (Chatra) P.S. Case No. 268/2024.
It has been alleged that the joining letter given by Keshav Kumar Rangila for the post of orderly at Civil Court, Chatra was found to be forged.
It appears that Keshav Kumar Rangila has been granted bail in B.A. No. 9130 of 2024. The petitioner seems to have been implicated on confession of Khemraj Pd. Mehta. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.04.2026.
Regard being had to above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chatra in connection with Sadar (Chatra) P.S. Case No. 268/2024.
This application stands allowed.
