The petitioner was alleged to be involved with other accused persons in committing cyber crime. The main allegation has been levelled against Karan Kumar. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 21.01.2026. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Dumka in connection with Saraiyahat P.S.
