The petitioners are an accused in connection with Gumla P.S. Case No. 129 of 2026. It has been alleged that the petitioners and other accused persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession Brown Sugar as well as cash were recovered. So far as the petitioner no.1 is concerned, 2.19 grams and Rs. 6,600/- cash and from the petitioner no.2, a mobile phone were recovered and the recovered quantity of the brown sugar appears to be a small quantity. The petitioners do not have any criminal antecedents and they are in custody since 09.04.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Gumla in connection with Gumla P.S.
