The petitioner is an accused in connection with Kandra P.S. Case No. 08(S)/2025. It has been alleged that some miscreants had snatched cash and mobile phone from the informant. The petitioner appears to have been implicated on the confession of co-accused Jitendra Mahto and Deba Mandal. The petitioner is in custody since 07.08.2025 and except the confessional statements of the co-accused persons, no other materials have been collected indicating the involvement of the petitioner in commission of the offence. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Seraikella in connection with Kandra P.S.
