The petitioner challenges inter alia, the vacancy notification for the Fair Price Shop (FPS) license on the ground that it contains incorrect Pin Code and Ward number details. 4. The petitioner draws the attention of this Court to Annexure p-2 at page-18 of the writ petition to demonstrate that according to Google Map the correct location is Ward no.4 instead of Ward no.3. 5. Learned counsel for the State submits that this advertisement has already been given effect to by completing the selection process 2 and issuing an offer letter to the suitable candidate. 6. It is further stated that the petitioner has challenged the notification dated 4.06.2025 at a belated stage by way of a writ petition affirmed on 28th of January, 2026. 7. In view of the above, this Court is not prima facie satisfied and does not find it appropriate to interfere at this stage as the selection process has already been completed and the offer letter has been issued to the suitable candidate. 8. Since there is no substance to the case, it is not required to agitate an issue that has already reached finality. 9. This writ petition, WPA 2213 of 2026 stands dismissed, no order as to costs. 10.
