KAMAL ORAL ORDER Petitioner-Society is before this Court being aggrieved by the Order dated 14.10.2019 as per Annexure-L passed by the respondent No.1-Commission. In terms of which respondent No.1-Commission had directed the petitioner herein to furnish consolidated Audit Report for the past three consecutive years. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said Audit Report have already been furnished before the respondent-Authority along with the memo dated 14.10.2019 copy of which is produced before this Court as per Annexure-J. 3. At this juncture, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.1-Commission submits that the same appears to have missed the attention of the respondent-Authority and the - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:11028 WP No. 50017 of 2019 same would be reconsidered and appropriate orders will be passed. 4. Petition is disposed of as nothing survives for consideration, inasmuch as the petitioner has already complied with the order and the respondent No.1-Commission shall pass the appropriate order in accordance with law within an outer limit of thirty days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 5.
