The present writ petition has been filed seeking direction to respondent no.1/MCD to take action against unauthorised construction raised by respondent no.2 at the property bearing no.198/316, Prakash Mohalla, East of Kailash, New Delhi-110065 (‘subject property’). 2. It is stated that the petitioner resides in the adjacent property. 3. Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1/MCD on advance notice submits that the unauthorised construction in the subject property has been booked and a show cause notice has been issued on 23rd July, 2026. 3.1. A copy of the show cause notice has been handed over in Court and the same is taken on record. 3.2. In the event, the petitioner has any further grievance with regard to unauthorised construction, he is at liberty to take appropriate remedies in accordance with law. 7.
