For the O.P. : A.P.P. --- 02/26.05.2026 Heard Mr. Manoj Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with S.T. Case No.184 of 2023 arising out of Barkagaon P.S. Case No.130 of 2017. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No.1716 of 2024. The allegation reveals that the brother of the informant was forcibly taken by the accused persons and in the next morning, his dead body was recovered. The allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature and the petitioner is in custody since 20.06.2022. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Hazaribagh in connection with S.T. Case No.184 of 2023 arising out of Barkagaon P.S. Case No.130 of 2017 subject to the condition that he shall appear before the learned trial court physically on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial unless prevented by any sufficient cause.
