By way of the present application, a prayer has been   made   to   release   the   amount   of   compensation, awarded to the applicants by learned MACT­II, Kinnaur at Rampur Bushehar, in Claim Petition No. 155/2016, titled as “Kamlesh Sharma & Ors. Versus Joginder & Anr.”. 2. As  per   the  report   of   Registry,  a   sum  of  Rs. 4,42,318/­   has   been   deposited,   which   has   been deposited in the shape of FDR.  The appeal preferred by the non­applicant/appellant (Reliance General Insurance Company Ltd.), which has been registered as FAO(MV)   No.   239   of   2019,   has   been   withdrawn   on 07.05.2026. 3. In   view   of   the   no   objection,   the   amount   so deposited by the Insurance Company is ordered to be released along with upto date interest.  The amount so deposited, shall be released as per the award passed by learned   MACT­II.     The   amount   so   released   shall   be remitted   to   the   bank   accounts   of   the   applicants, particular   of   which   have   been   mentioned   in   the application. 4.
