2/26.05.2026 Heard Mr. Pran Pranay learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 16 of 2026.
The petitioner was apprehended by the police and two mobiles and SIM cards were recovered from his possession. He was suspected to be involved in several crimes.
Submissions has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. He has further been submitted that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 14.03.2026.
Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner above named is
directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, at Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 16 of 2026 subject to the condition that one of the bailors should be close relative of the petitioner.
