The petitioner is an accused in connection with Complaint Case No. 645/2016. It has been alleged that the accused persons were involved in excavating and loading white quartz stone illegally. The petitioner is in custody since 10.04.2026. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submitted that the petitioner was absconding since 2016. Regard being had to the nature of allegation and the identification of the petitioner which seem doubtful, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Koderma in connection with Complaint Case No. 645 of 2016 subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial unless prevented by sufficient cause.
