Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned AGA for the State. 2. The petition is filed with the following prayer: "(i) Issue an order or direction, directing the trial court i.e. Principal Judge Family Court Prayagraj to decide the Misc. case No.1361 of 2025 (Chandni @ Shalini Vs. Robin Kumar Verma) under section 147 B.N.S.S., expeditiously as possible as within short stipulated period as may be fixed by this Hon'ble court which is pending before Principal Judge Family Court Prayagraj." 3. The petitioner is wife, who is seeking direction for expedite of proceedings under Section 147 BNSS for recovery of maintenance amount. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that the Principal Judge, Family Court, Prayagraj shall consider and decide the aforesaid execution proceedings preferably as early as possible within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5.
