The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S. Case No. 40/2026. The petitioner and two other accused persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession, mobile and SIMs were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. So far as the petitioner is concerned, one mobile and one SIM card were recovered from his possession. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Cyber Crime, Special Court at Deoghar in connection with Deoghar Cyber P.S.
