Case No. 09 of 2026. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier dismissed as withdrawn in B.A. No. 2248 of 2026. It has been alleged that two persons were apprehended by the police and from their possession WINCIREX cough syrup and Nitrazepam tablets were recovered. Though the petitioner is in custody since 29.01.2026 but regard being had to the fact that the petitioner has several criminal antecedents of similar nature, hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
