The petitioner is an accused in connection with Chandil P.S. Case No.197 of 2025 corresponding to G.R. Case No.25 of 2026. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have inappropriately touched the informant and also torn her clothes. 4. Submission has been advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a neighbor of the informant and on account of previous enmity, he has been falsely implicated. It has been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 22.12.2025. 5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts; the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail 2026:JHHC:15478 2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Seraikella-Kharsawan, in connection with Chandil P.S.
