Case No.15 of 2025. The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected in B.A. No. 11103 of 2025. It has been alleged that the informant had sustained multiple injuries on account of the purported assault committed upon him by the petitioner. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 12.09.2025 and charge has already been framed in the present case. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Taking into consideration the period of custody undergone by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl.
