Case No.09 of 2026. 3. It has been alleged that some miscreants were apprehended with ganja and brown sugar. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been implicated on the confession of the apprehended accused. It has been submitted that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent. 5. Learned Spl. P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner. 6. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner; I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 7. Accordingly, the petitioner above named, is directed to surrender in the Court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail 2026:JHHC:15403 2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S.
