Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “1. That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents authorities to release subsistence allowance during from 14.05.2025 to July 2025 with 18% interest within stipulated time, in the interest of justice. 2. Any other relief which may be suitable in the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner was not paid subsistence allowance from 14.05.2025 to July, 2025 for which petitioner has already submitted representation before respondent no. 6 on 04.09.2025, however, till date the representation is not considered and decided. He submits that direction be issued to respondent no. 6 to consider and take decision on pending representation. 3. On due consideration of submission made by learned counsel for petitioner, I find it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent no. 6 to consider and take decision on pending representation submitted by petitioner dated 04.09.2025, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a further period of 2 months from the date of receipt of the order. 4.
