The petitioner is an accused in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 457 of 2025, corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 145 of 2025. The accused persons had stalked the daughter of the informant and had also molested her and taken her photograph which were made viral through Whatsapp. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that similar allegation has been leveled as against Mustak Ansari as well and he has been granted bail in B.A. No. 1004 of 2026 and the petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2025. Learned Spl .P.P. has opposed the prayer of the bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the fact that the similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted bail as noted above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, POCSO, Dhanbad, in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No. 457 of 2025, corresponding to Special POCSO Case No. 145 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall remain physically present before the learned trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial unless prevented by sufficient cause.
