Heard Mr. Kaushik Sarkhel, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Karmatanr P.S. Case No. 117 of 2025. 3. A dacoity was committed in the house of the informant and various articles were looted. 4. The petitioner has been implicated on the confession of co-accused Jitendra Mahato who has been granted bail in B.A. No. 2033 of 2026. The petitioner was put on Test Identification Parade, but he was not identified by the informant. 5. Though the petitioner has got criminal antecedents, but, regard being had to his manner of implication and the fact that he is in custody since 03.03.2026, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamtara, in connection with Karmatanr P.S.
