The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Jaldega P.S. Case No.66/2025. It has been alleged that the accused persons had entered into the Line Hotel of the informant and had vandalized the same. The informant and his staff were also assaulted and even the police officials were assaulted. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the allegations are general and omnibus in nature. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners. Regard being had to the generality of allegations levelled against the petitioners, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the petitioners above named are directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks and pray for bail, and in that event, they shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Simdega, in 2026:JHHC:15437 connection with Jaldega P.S.
