Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing this writ petition on merit, however, only seeking a direction of this Court to respondent No.3 to take decision on representation submitted by the petitioner on 09.12.2025 (Annexure P-8) against her transfer, at the earliest, within specified time. 2. Learned counsel for the State submits that the direction sought is against respondent No.3 for whom she is not appearing. 3. In view of submission of learned counsel for the petitioner and further considering that petitioner has filed representation against her order of transfer dated 28.11.2025, on 09.12.2025 which till date is pending consideration, without entering into merit of case, this writ petition at this stage is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 to take decision on the pending representation in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
