Sri Gudapati Lakshminarayana, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent No.2, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Commissioner, Darsi Municipality and also the photocopy of the approved building permit order granted in favour of one Sri Sure China Subbarao, dated 30.01.2026. Copies of it are supplied to the Counsel for the Petitioner and the same are taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that the Unofficial Respondent No.6 herein (Sri Chopparapu Subbarao) has nothing to do with the subject property and he is in no way connected. 4. Admittedly, in respect of the subject property land, the Respondent No.2 Corporation has granted approval for the plan on 30.01.2026 in favour of Sri Sure Chinna Subbarao. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is misconceived. 5. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. 3 6.
