Sharma, Additional Public Prosecutor has placed an instruction dated 17.09.2026 received from the police personnel of Fatasil Ambari Police Station, wherein it was stated that as per available Police Station Records, no case was registered against the petitioner. As such, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter be closed. Prayer is allowed.
