Chakravery, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Jugsalai P.S. Case No.12 of 2026. The petitioner and another accused were apprehended by the police on information that they were making preparation to commit some offence. Arms and ammunitions were recovered from their possession. So far as the petitioner is concerned, two live cartridges were recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 21.02.2026 and on completion of investigation, charge sheet has been submitted. Regard being had to aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamshedpur in connection with Jugsalai P.S.
