The petitioner is an accused in connection with Katkamdag P.S. Case No.61 of 2026. It has been alleged that the husband of the informant was assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner and he had suffered grievous injuries. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that allegations are general and omnibus in nature. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has 13 criminal antecedents but in all the cases, he is on bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner adds that the petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2026. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the generality of the allegations, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Katkamdag P.S.
