This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking following reliefs:- “10.1 The Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to the respondent authorities to decide the grievance of the petitioner and release the amount of retiral dues including amount of GPF, Gratuity etc with interest and other monetary benefits, short spun of time as this Hon’ble Court deems fit. Learned counsel for the respondents submit that the retiral dues has been paid to the petitioner in the sum of Rs.5,31,914/- towards Gratuity; Rs.98,730/- towards Leave Encashment; Rs.32,370/- toward Family Welfare Fund; Monthly Pension to the tune of Rs.7,750/- and a sum of Rs.3,91,691/- towards Employee Contributory Fund of CPS and document in this regard has also been filed as Annexure-R/1. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not raised any objection with regard to the submission made by the counsel for the respondents. 4. In view of the above submissions made by the respective parties, the instant writ petition stands disposed of. 5. Interlocutory application(s), pending if any, also stand disposed of.
