Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Cyber Case No.66 of 2020. It has been alleged that the rented house of the petitioner and Deepak Kumar Mandal was raided by the police and various incriminating articles related to cyber crime were seized. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. It has been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 01.04.2026. Learned counsel further adds that the petitioner has got a solitary antecedent which relates to a case of cyber crime of the year 2018. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. Regard being had to the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Cases, Dhanbad in connection with Cyber Case No.66 of 2020 subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner and the petitioner shall remain physically present before the trial court on each and every date till the conclusion of trial, unless prevented by sufficient cause.
