--- 02/26.05.2026 Heard Mr. Nikhil Kr. Karn, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Spl.P.P. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.39 of 2026. The petitioner was apprehended by the police and mobile and SIMs were recovered from his possession. He was suspected to be involved in cyber crime. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim had come forward to lodge any complaint. The petitioner has one criminal antecedent in which the F.I.R. has been quashed in Cr.M.P. No. 1098 of 2026 and he is in custody since 16.03.2026. Learned Spl.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions-II-cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.39 of 2026 subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner.
This application stands allowed.
