Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents, Mr. Kushmondeya Shahi, learned counsel for the respondent no.3. The writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "i. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the certiorari quashing the impugned order/letter dated 20.8.2026 issued by the Deputy Secretary, U. P. Education Service Selection Commission, Prayagraj, respondent no. 3, (Annexure-8 to the writ petition), in so far it relates to Shiv Inter College Kantaur District Kasgranj. ii. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of the certiorari quashing the impugned order/letter dated 27.8.2026 Issued by the Director of Education (Secondary) U. P. Prayagraj, respondent no. 2, (Annexure-9 to the writ petition), in so far it relates to Shiv Inter College Kantaur District Kasgranj. iii. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned Notification dated 13.11.2022 issued by the erstwhile U. P. Secondary Education Service Selection Board whereby institution-wise panel for appointment on the post of Principal was issued and names of respondent Nos 8, 9 & 10 were mentioned; only in so far as it pertains to the institution Shiva Inter College Kantaur Kasganj (Annexure-5 to the writ petition). iv. to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondents to not interfere with the peaceful functioning of the petitioner as the Officiating Principal of Shiva Inter College Kantaur, District Kasganj and to permit him to continue to function and discharge the duties as such along with payment of his salary on the said post till the post of Principal of the institution is filled up strictly in accordance with law. v. To issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. vi. To award cost of the writ petition to the petitioners. Accordingly, the present petition stands dismissed in terms of the aforesaid judgment in Dr. Sanjay Kumar Mishra (supra).
