JUSTICE H.P.SANDESH) This writ appeal is filed by the petitioner/appellant praying this Court to set aside the order dated 29.04.2026 passed in W.P.No.32433/2025 insofar as the interim order dated 25.03.2026 was not extended and also prayed this Court to restore and continue the interim order dated 25.03.2026 and grants such other relief's. The learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 4 is present. Considering the summer vacation and the Court which has granted the interim order and subsequently vacated is not functioning and the said Court has fixed the next date of hearing as 10.06.2026, hence, it is appropriate to consider this writ appeal and restore the - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:24696-DB WA No. 1418 of 2026 interim order granted on 25.03.2026. Thus, interim order granted on 25.03.2026 is restored till 10.06.2026.
