Heard Mr.Arvind Kumar Choudhary, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. 2. The petitioner is an accused in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2026. 3. The petitioner and two other accused were apprehended by the police and from their possession, mobile phones and SIM cards were recovered. They were suspected to be involved in cyber crime. 4. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that no victim has come forward to lodge any complaint.It has further been submitted that the petitioner is in custody since 20.03.2026 and he has a criminal antecedent of similar nature in which he is on bail. 5. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner 6. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner isdirected to be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learnedAdditional Session Judge-II-Cum-Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar, in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2026, subject to the condition that one of the bailers should be a close relative of the petitioner and the petitioner shall physically appear before the learned Trial Court on each and every date till the conclusion of the trial, unless prevented by sufficient cause. 7.
