The candidate is required to surrender the original mark sheet for issuance of fresh revised marks statement. 7. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits, upon instruction that, the original mark sheet has been forwarded by speed post on March 16, 2026. 8. The Central Board of Secondary Education shall take necessary steps to issue fresh revised marks statement in favour of the candidate at the earliest. 9. The writ petition stands disposed of. 10.
