In the second, fourth and fifth paragraphs of the said order, the word ‘CBSC’ will be replaced and be read as ‘CBSE’. 3. Remaining part of the said order will remain unaltered. The order dated February 25, 2026 is corrected accordingly. 4. Let this order be read along with the order dated February 25, 2026. 5. By consent of the parties, the matter is taken up for final disposal. 6. The communication made by the Regional Officer, CBSE dated 9th March, 2026 addressed to the petitioner indicating that the mistake has been detected in the subject and the revised marks have 2 been allotted. The candidate is required to surrender the original mark sheet for issuance of fresh revised marks statement. 7. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits, upon instruction that, the original mark sheet has been forwarded by speed post on March 16, 2026. 8. The Central Board of Secondary Education shall take necessary steps to issue fresh revised marks statement in favour of the candidate at the earliest. 9. The writ petition stands disposed of. 10.
