Since, this Court while passing the judgment dated 16.07.2025, in CWP No.11361 of 2025, titled, Inder Singh vs. Dr. Y.S. Parmar, Horticulture University, had only given the direction to the respondent to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in light of the judgment passed by Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.1595 of 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 2025, titled, State of Himachal Pradesh and others vs. Surajmani and others, and the respondent has now passed an order dated 30.04.2026, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the present execution petition and the same is closed. However, it is made clear that in case the petitioner is still aggrieved, he shall be at liberty to avail the appropriate remedy, in accordance with law. 3.
