When I showed my disinclination to entertain the present petition, learned Counsel, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the said petition. 2. Mr. Dhandale, learned Counsel for respondent No.5, does not oppose the request, but states that the proceedings before the Additional Collector, Nagpur, be made time bound. The request seems to be reasonable in the facts of the matter. 3. The learned Counsel for petitioner is permitted to withdraw the present petition. 4. However, the Additional Collector, Nagpur, is directed to hear and decide the matter bearing Case No. 95/ MVP 30/(1-A)/2024-2025, as expeditiously as possible and (2) 29 wp 417-2026 decide the same within three months from the first appearance. 5. The parties are directed to appear before the Additional Collector, Nagpur, out of their own volition without there being any formal notice in that regard on 09.10.2026 and abide by its directions. 6.
