Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Standing Counsel for the State as well as Mr. K. Shahi, learned counsel for respondent no.2. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed with the following prayers: "A) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impuged final result declarared for subject Hindi dated 28.07.2026 (Annexure No. 1) and same be re-declared after doing appropriate corrections in respect of the questions objection in respect of which was raised by the petitioners. B) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authority for to declare the result of the Hindi subject after treating option "A" of said question No. 59 of booklet of petitioner No. 01 (question No. 102 of Provisional & Final answer Key) as correct one and declare the result. C) Issue any other suitable writ order or direction as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case. D) Award the cost of the petition to the petitioner." 3. The issue in question has already been settled by the Lucknow Bench of this Court by its judgment dated 28.09.2026 passed in Writ-A No.8055 of 2026 (Seema Gupta And 20 Others vs. State of U.P. Thru. Prin. Secy. Secondary Education Deptt. Lko. And 2 Others). 4. Considering the fact that a decision has already been taken by the respondent authorities with respect to Question No.59 of the Hindi question paper of the T.G.T. Examination (Adv. No.01/2022). The respondent authorities may take a decision and proceed with the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Manoj Kumar Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Kushmondeya Shahi Km. Vindu Yadav And 7 Others .....Petitioner(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Respondent(s) declaration of result accordingly. 5.
