The petitioner is an accused in connection with NDPS Case No. 11 of 2025 arising out of Jaldega (Bansjor O.P.) P.S. Case No. 39 of 2025. It has been alleged that two persons were apprehended by the police and Ganja was recovered from their possession. The petitioner has been implicated on the confession of the apprehended accused persons who have been granted bail in B.A. No. 5213 of 2025 and B.A. No. 5695 of 2025. The petitioner is in custody since 27.04.2026 and he does not have any criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the manner of implication of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (NDPS), Simdega in connection with NDPS Case No. 11 of 2025 arising out of Jaldega (Bansjor O.P.)
