1. The present Rent Control Revision Petition has been filed under Section 25-B(8) of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958 seeking the following reliefs:
“a) set aside, reverse and quash the order dated 08.07.2026 passed by Sh. Animesh Bhaskar Mani Tripathi, Ld SCJ-cum- RC(South), Saket Courts, New Delhi in E.No.7/2020, titled as LR Manish Tewatia Vs Mehrun Nisa wherein the Ld. Rent Controller dismissed the Petitioner's application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC filed in Eviction Petition No.7/2020 for rejection of eviction petition and further pleased to allow the Petitioner's application under Order VII Rule 11 CPC read with Section 151 CPC and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, or in the alternative, remand the application to the Ld. Rent Controller for fresh adjudication by passing an appropriate order after considering all the objections and submissions raised by the Petitioner; b) Stay the further proceedings in Eviction Petition No.7/2020including the proceedings fixed for adjudication of the This is a digitally signed order. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, after arguing for a considerable period of time, seeks the leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition, with liberty to prefer such appropriate steps as are permissible to the Petitioner under the law.
3. Leave and liberty, as sought for, are granted.
4. In view of the aforesaid, the present Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
5. Accordingly, the present Petition, along with pending Application(s), if any, stands disposed of.
