By way of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks following reliefs: “a. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, including a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to forthwith disclose to the Petitioner whether any Look Out Circular travel restriction, immigration alert, or any other restraint on the Petitioner's international travel has been issued and/or is presently subsisting against the Petitioner; and b. Issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, including a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to furnish to the Petitioner a complete copy thereof, together with all material This is a digitally signed order. Issue notice. The learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos. 1 and 2. 5. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to disclose whether any Look Out Circular (LOC) or other travel restriction is subsisting against the petitioner. He argues that the representations which have been submitted before the Ministry of Home Affairs and Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) seeking clarification, are still pending. 6. After hearing learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties and view of the issue involved in the instant petition, this Court finds it appropriate to direct that the concerned officer in the Directorate of Enforcement and CBI will decide the representation, if any filed by the petitioner, within a period of 15 days from date, under intimation to the petitioner herein. 7. In above terms, the present petition stands disposed of. 8. In case of any further grievance, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach this Court. 9.
