The husband of the informant was assaulted by the members of the Mukhi family which resulted in his death. The allegations against the petitioner are general and omnibus in nature and in similar circumstances, some of the co-accused persons have been granted bail in B.A. No. 537 of 2026, B.A. No. 1276 of 2026 and B.A. No. 1374 of 2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Ghatshila in connection with S.T.
