Aziz Ur Rehman”. 2. Learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner submits that inadvertently, the wrong impugned order has been placed on record, and therefore, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Petition with liberty to file an appropriate Petition.
