Perused the present petition, which is filed on 6th November, 2025. If the prayer clause is seen, the direction is sought against the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to take a decision on the proposal dated 23rd July, 2014, which clearly shows that after a period of 12 years, the petitioners have woken up from sleep and knocked the doors of this Court. There is absolutely no explanation for delay and laches. 2. In that view of the matter, it is clear that the petitioners have lost interest in prosecuting the remedy. 3.
