It has been alleged that two Hywa vehicles were seized which were transporting sand without any valid documents. The petitioner no.1 appears to be the owner-cum-driver of one Hywa and the petitioner no.2 is the owner of the other seized Hywa. The petitioner no.1 has one criminal antecedent while the petitioner no.2 does not have any criminal antecedent. Both the petitioners are in custody since 30.03.2026. Regard being had to the above, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandil in connection with Ichagarh P.S.
