This is an application alleging violation of an order dated 11th December, 2024. By the said order, the concerned Pradhan being the sole contemnor was directed to consider a representation dated 27th October, 2023 in terms of an order dated 11th December, 2024. Pursuant to the filing of this application, the alleged contemnor no. 1 is represented and submits that upon enquiries being made from the police authorities, it has transpired that a notice has been issued by the alleged contemnor no. 1 and a resolution has also been taken by the Gram Panchayat. However, the private respondent is not participating. A copy of such compliance report filed in Court is served on the petitioner. 2 In view of the above, CPAN 1781 of 2025 in WPA 26031 of 2023 stands disposed of by directing the concerned Pradhan to finally dispose of the representation positively within four weeks from the date of communication of this order and take the proceeding to its logical conclusion.
